Refund Policy

There are no Refunds or Returns allowed on purchases made through this website unless specifically authorized by Fuzion LLC. We will only refund an order if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item or the item shows up broken from transit.  If this happens we will provide a refund once we have received the item/package back to our business location. Once we refund your order your bank will determine how long until the funds get to your account (a normal time is 72 hours, this may exclude weekends and holidays). 

If your order arrives damaged, you must email ustubesglass@gmail.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem, you will need to include pics. Once we receive the pics we will determine the best course of action. We may request that you send us the item back and we will refund you the shipping cost or we may ask you to dispose of the broken item. If there is a replacement item we will send it as soon as possible. If there is no replacement item we will offer store credit or refund the order amount.  

Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds. Once we refund your order your bank will determine how long until the funds get to your account (a normal time is 72 hours, this may exclude weekends and holidays).

To request a return because you have received an incorrect item you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Do not return an item to us without return authorization, we will not accept it that way.

Other returns or refunds, for reasons outside of damage during shipping or the wrong items being shipped, are not allowed. This policy is to protect our customers as there is no way for us to know how glass is treated once received.
