We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding Holidays (and we ship on Saturday through UPS for applicable orders, but they have shorter hours that day). Orders will generally be fulfilled within 24-72 hours of being placed although there are exceptions.
Packaging materials used will consist of plain brown or white boxes or USPS shipping supplies. All Glass is carefully packaged with materials like bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and items that need to be are Double Boxed as an added precaution.And while some of the things that happen during shipping are out of our control we strive to protect your order as best we can.
We will offer a full refund for any item we can not fulfill. Once we have made the refund your Bank and will dictate how long it takes to get back to your account (a normal time is around 72 hours, may exclude weekends or bank holidays).
All orders will receive an Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address used during checkout. We will also send tracking information for the shipment via email once the package is passed to the shipping carrier.
We ship via UPS and USPS we've had the best experiences with them as our carriers.
When you checkout there will be an option to use their calculated rates for your order.
We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to the continental United States on orders over $420 and $10 flat-rate for orders under $100.
All other orders will be shipped with carriers calculated rates.
